Current Readings in Transport Economics Vol.8, No.3, 2010 Journals remain the prime medium for dissemination of high quality research. But this month I want to enthuse about conferences! I have just returned from attending two contrasting events, both excellent in their own way: the Kuhmo-NECTAR meeting in Valencia, and the World Conference on Transport Research, Lisbon. It was wonderful to meet so many of you there, and to enjoy such stimulating presentations and discussions with top people in our field. I’m already looking forward to my next trip!.
