	Can I write for you?
	We are always delighted to hear from prospective contributors. Please contact the editorial office to discuss your proposal in more detail.

	Who should I send a Press Release to?

Subscribing:

	I am missing an issue – how do I put in a claim?
	Contact our Subscriptions Department quoting your subscriber number, and the issue that is missing and we will do the rest.

	Can I subscribe by bank transfer?
	Yes you can. Contact our Subscriptions Department for details.

	When will my subscription start?
	Our subscriptions are ‘any time start’, which means that if you subscribe in June 2008 your first issue will be the July 2008 issue, and your last will be the June 2009.

Online Access:

	I am having problems accessing my account. What should I do?
	Contact our Subscriptions Department quoting your subscriber number and provide as much information as possible. We will investigate the problem and respond as soon as we can.

	I don’t know my subscriber number – can you help?
	Of course – please contact our Subscriptions Department, detailing the publication you subscribe to, and your full address details.

Advertising:

	Do your publications accept advertising?
	No, the newsletters do not accept advertising. However, we do allow advertising on the websites. Contact the Marketing Manager for more details.

	I’d like to propose a contra deal for a conference. How do I do this?
	If you would like to contact the Marketing Manager for the publication, we would be happy to discuss this in more detail.
